on the left a xr8 with 6s 3000 MAH packs with Hobbywing 150 ESC 2000kv motor top radar speed 71 mph 25 pinon and 44 spur side note i now have a 2650 in my xr8

on the right my buddies serpent with mamba max 2650kv with 6s 5000 MAH packs top radar speed 101 mph 25 pinon and 45 spur

this is my ofna dm1 spec 1 with a 2250kv 80 amp hobbywing ESC 25 pinon 45 spur on 4s 500 MAH pack top radar speed 69 MPH

mgt 4.6 with 2250kv motor 80 hobby wing ESC on 4s 5000MAH packs unable to teat at time i have a steel spur and i keep stripping pinon.....i now a have a 25 tooth HPI flux pinon so this may work out fine

You should grab a couple of mike's pinions I've never stripped any of them.

The Serpent with 101MPH is very impressive :) Any vids of it?

Nice cars. Might want to look into getting rid of the lipo Rx pack on your DM-1 and run an external BEC, Castle's can run up to 9V.

even the guys at castle recommended it to us

yeah it grainy but we are working on get cam setup a least 4 views and i am making a speed tram to show the speed on 6 in led display

As in rc-monster mike. Best pinion I have ever used. Ran a steel spur early on and his pinion destroyed the spur while showing no signs of wear itself.

Any close ups of how you did your motor mount and mounted the battery trays? I have been sitting on a mugen mrx-3 for some time and want to convert it to electric

3. MBX-5 ONROAD CONVERSION 1515, MMM ON 5S

I would assume you have no reverse with the one way bearing these cars have. How are the motor brakes working for you

yeah no reverse...the motor brakes works just fine ..... i use jb weld to lock the spur gear..have pics i you need
