Broken wires at sensor plug (5.5HV) -

Question for Novak..
I had a bad wreck.. ESC was dislodged and the inertia pulled a few of the wires out of the sensor plug on my 5.5HV. I popped off the black rear cap to have a look.. There is no way i want to unsolder the stator wires and such..
Does Novak still service these motors, and if so, about how much does this type of repair run? Am I better off (monetarily speaking) just buying a new stator for my 4.5 Ballistic 550?? I prefer to run the HV motor as the ESC is a Mamba Pro, and I have issues with it running the Ballistic 550 but it runs the HV motors just fine..
Not sure about the 550 size ballistics but I know on the 540s a new stator has nothing to do with the sensor wires. On the 540's you can replace the whole sensor wire if you want to or need a shorther or longer one
I don't have a problem with my 550... I have the problem with the permanent sensor wire attached to the HV series motor.
Thank you for the reply, but it doesn't seem as though you read my post correctly.
I have the HV motor installed because they work better with my current ESC. I also own a Ballistic 550 in a 4.5 turn.. I mentioned it because if the cost to repair the HV is more than the cost of just buying a 5.5 turn stator for the Ballistic, I'll just do that, as I have a new ESC arriving on Monday.
Sorry it was late and I didn't notice that you where talking about 2 different motors. The HV series and the 550 ballistics are the same motors just the ballistic is the new version, thats why I didn't notice that you where referring to two sepperate motors
Purchasing a stator for the Ballistic 550 is the least expensive option; we do have two RMF versions (w/new factory warranty) of the HV 550 in our store:
