Slipper options - 08.29.2011, 08:30 PM

I recently converted my MGT 4.6 to brushless and am having some slipper issues! Im running a CC 1717 on 6s geared for 36mph and i have melted 3 stock slipper units and 2 robinson racing double disc slipper units.

I have run the slippers 1/8 turn loose to fully tight and they will still slip. I have replaced the nylock with a new one and blue locktited it on after fully tightening it and it will still slip!

What am i missing here? is the stock spring just not strong enough to help keep the slipper tight enough to not slip under extreme torque? Ive turned punch control to 40% and even turned my timing down to low to try and alleviate this problem.

Any sugestions or tips would help!
