Rustler Aluminum Arm Conversion - 11.23.2006, 01:54 PM

i want to upgrade my Electric Rustler's arms with the Fastlane Extended Arm Conversion but I'm not sure if it will work with the MIP Shiny CVD kit I'm already using with the truck.

can anybody tell me if the set-up will work together, or if it doesn't what modification can be made to make them work? :032:

WELCOME TO THE RC-MONSTER FORUMS, Omega_Bahn!

Yes, it would. Just go with the standard size of arms for the rustler.
There're also some extended arms made for it and I think it is still compatible with the MIP cvds. It needs some shimming, probably, if you go with the extended ones.

The name is Alawi. You can call me Al.
Nice to meet you!

He said he wants to use the EXTENDED arm conversion. So no, it won't work with the CVD's you have. Alot of people swear by the stock sliders with the steel u-joints.
