Brushless FG - 12.29.2006, 12:08 PM

I have a FG monster truck, and i whant to convert it to brushless:005:
But i wonder are there any one who have done this on this forum? I need som tips on how to things
I know it has been done by som guys in germany,
But is there any place i can bay parts for this or do i need to make all the parts my self:032:

That's a 1/5 scale, right? It would take some pretty serious cash to convert that thing!

I think you going to have to make motor mount and stuff.
You will probably need a good size motor for it aswell. It sounds like a cool project.

I had a 2250. It was a powerful motor. The 2280 on 10s would be awesome.

what kind of ecs do i us with 10s lipo?????
Yes i've found out that the 2280/? would do the jobb, I have also found some germans who make the konversion kitt, I'm only going to run with 2wd

I never ran 10s lipo yet. I got a project now That is going to try 12s. I really hope everything works ok. I may just go 10s instead. I have no worries there.

He is using the 36120.


The problem with nitro's these days are that they arent brushless... LOL
