E-maxx pics - Desert Rat body - 02.12.2007, 12:30 AM

I thrashed the original body and wanted something different, so I went with the Desert Rat body. I do run it in the sand most of the time, that is why I have 2 different sets of tires, the original tires in the rear are great in the sand, I'm able to flip it over. I just put on the pro-line shocks, they work great! This is also my first time painting the body.

Here are some pics:

BTW, my dog loves the truck, here is a video with her running with it (old body), I tie a ball on the end and she will play with it for hours:

Here is my dog seeing the new body for the first time:

I like it. Looks Good. It always feels nice to get some new paint.

I like the look of that body. Is it long enough for an extended maxx or 3.3 revo?

I can't decide if its more fun
to make it...
or break it...

The body looks really nice. Your dog is so funny chasing the maxx everywhere it goes. The second video doesn't work for me though.

Yes, it will fit with the ext maxx and revo 3.3. It was 1 inch longer then the original body.

Ya, I just uploaded the new video, it should be ready soon. I think it is so funny she likes the truck that much. Whenever I get it out, she goes crazy.

LOL! awesome vid! don't tell pet-patrol, but with 12S and a 2240, you'll be tossing that poor creature with 40mph+ over the beach! Kidding, i LOVE animals, and would never ever hurt them in what way ever.. Once when i was driving, a Jack russel chimed in to have his excersize....

Looks good. I think yellow bodies are the way to go! They match the PL shocks.

The problem with nitro's these days are that they arent brushless... LOL

Nice paintjob- yellows not my favourite colour but you got a nice clean finish- the black mirrors and rear spoiler really finish it off. And your dog- boston terrier- kinda looks like a british terrier (so many dont ask which), but with a chiwowa's head= funny looking but cute. Nice work!
