Is this the actual rim or just a cover, meaning if purchased what would I receive a rim to mount a tire on or just a cover?
 Looking to go with the Proline Bow Tie 40 Series Tires  Looking for some racing rims for the above tires. |

It is a 40 serie rim, not only a cover, but a complete rim. And a poor one too IMO.. It will bent for sure. Invest some more money and get the new 40 serie dishes, with the large HEX.
