the best of all?!! - 07.09.2005, 02:45 PM

I need four battery packs for both the B4 and the T4. I have already tried those of Trinity and those of Orion and Trinity's batteries win over Orion's in every way you might think of, however, I want to try something different, more powerful and has the lowest resistence that will keep it last longer and work much smoother. I've read about Fine Design's Fire Fox batteries and I've read about your's as well and I want you to tell me- specially those who have tried both batteries_ with all the honesty in the world which is better? the FF or your's? Thanks.

I don't know about them. I can tell you that I ran orion gp 3300. My brother bought some from max amp. He matches and build to your needs. You can buy them seperate. My brother took the factory titans out there and rung the stock plastic sliders off in one pass. It would pull wheelies in second gear to. He had gp 3300 as well. I don't know what the difference was but it sure made me a believer that there is a difference in batts.

Peace!

Fine Design does sell some quality batteries. I would put my new IBC 3800 batteries against any out there, though, including the ones FD offers.

Does the IBC discharge at 35 amps? I need competition packs.

I get better performance out of the IBC packs under a load than with Gp packs. They have lower IR and higher voltage.

When I charge my packs (specially the ones I'm using for the T4) it gives me a reading of 2.50 IR which I guess is very bad.

2.5 IR is a bit high. I don't pasy much attention most times. I just know my truck has more punch with similar voltage packs, which is due to lower IR.

Okay, I might take the IBC 3800 from you, but not befor two months ahead- if God wills so- since I'm travelling abroad for summer vacation. I'll send you an e-mail as soon as I want to get them with all the info you need about the billing and shipping address'. BTW, I do online orders through ARAMEX delivery service, since I'm not living in the States and I wonder if its possible to send my electric stuff to you if they need some repairs?!! I can discuss such things with you Mike via e-mail if its better for both of us. I assume that I'm going to be most satisfied by the service this website and its members provide. Thanks beforehand Monster Mike.
