How to put picture under username? -

I tought I had everything set correctly but my picture doesn't show up! :O(
anybody has any idea why? Twin CF GorillaMaxx (8S motors on 2x2slipo) 2WD AL. GorillaMaxx (7lbs with batteries) |

It's the avatar. Are you sure the pic you used was within the size parameters? (150x150 and smaller than 195kb?)
