Got my MM back today with mods - 02.01.2008, 07:54 PM

Thanks Griffinru, it looks awesome, really clean work.

My un-modded MM did well for heat on 4s. Now I'm wondering if I should stick with 4s and gear up a bit or if I should go to 5s. How risky is 5s for the modded unit? It is running a Neu 1512 2.5d in a 8ight.

Here she is. I'm not really an electronics guy but I know what quality work looks like. If the guys on the assembly line at CC were this good, well you know the rest.

It's not really about looks though. I'm looking forward to some testing, just have to wait for the latest snowstorm to end.

I had it back in a little over 2 weeks. (Mostly spent sitting at customs, I'm in Canada) I paid $80USD, shipping included.

Now that's something! I hear NASA's hiring.

How does the cost of building that compare to the cost of buying a controller that can do the same thing?

I think the difference might be that you CAN'T buy a controller that will do the same thing. At least not with consistency.

Constantly amazed at the quality of your work Artur! Worth every penny IMHO, having completed a mod and a repair myself.

If I could only draw what I see in my head, then afford to build it, and finaly get to play with it...
