help me identifying this tires - 09.19.2005, 08:53 AM

Guys, please check the tires on this Revo. http://www.strobe-rcracing.com

They are Sporttraxx rubbers on Hurricane rims, but somehow they don't look like the pictures you normally see of them.
Could they be modified somehow??

Thanks for your opinion

Yeah, the Revo. Second pic, under the buggy.

You have Sporttraxx? And you agree this has to be a modified rim or something? The sidewall definitely doesen't look stock. But I like it.

I put mine on a 40 series rim. It pulled the side wall out. It seems to help the handleing some. It don't have nothing to roll. It just pull the tire tight. I learned it from car experence.

They were abducted by aliens where they were probed repeatedly and thus shrunk or got wider, or whatever the heck makes them different from the unprobed tires. Because they are the only set of tires to have this happen to them, they are highly valued at auction. The effects are also able to only happen via powersources our solar system has yet to discover, so no other tire will ever look like that. If they do, they are obviously a fake, and the person should be prosecuted for fraud.

Work because i gotta, play because i wanna

People here hate Nitro, I love it. I start it, run it about 50 ft from me and it dies, I go after it. Perfect exercise

Yeah, I know. But neither look like the ones on this particular truck, really.
They are Hurricane rims, must be revo style, then. Maybe it's just fat foams?!

I am thinking they may have narrowed the rims out.

The revo style tires are 3.8. That is what i Have on a 40 series rim. It just don't look like that .But the rim is wider in 40 series. Find the owner of truck and we have the answer.
