v2 mmm prob :(

My v2 does work until I try and use custom lipo cutoff voltage,then it will arm and the lights work when I pull throttle and brake but the motor doesn't
Turn the custom voltage off to aut-lipo and everything works.

When I try and use it with the custom cutoff the fan runs slow with the batt plugged in and when you pull throttle and brake the fan speeds up with no motor movement

I have seen on here another member having this problem,is there anything to fix it or do I have to send it back to cc

what is the firmware version on your MMM? Try to reflash your MMM to 1.19

I had the same problem at first. I set the custom cut-off at 12.8V. It did just what yours is doing.

When I plugged it back in to the Castle Link, the custom cut-off was some crazy high number. I had to reset it to the correct voltage, and then it worked for me.

Do you have the latest version of the Castle Link software?

I had to update the castle link to update/check the firmware on the mmm.
The very first time I tried setting the custom value it was hard to set,meaning the numbers in the box kept moving around,I thought it was my computer.
I'm at work today using the computer and checked it on the castle link and the cutoff was not 16v I set it at,but was 9volts.
I reset it to 16v and nothing,turned auto-lipo and worked again.

Yeah, mine did the thing too where the numbers kept moving around. It was really odd. I ended up just using the arrows next to it to adjust the number. I'm thinking it's a bug that they're going to have to address.

Can you double-check the voltage of the cells you're using? Are you using 5s lipo?

Hmmmm -- interesting. So it works fine on Auto Lipo, but as soon as you set to a specific cutoff voltage it stops working?

I'll have Richard double check the software on Tuesday -- probably something a little buggy in V1.19

To clarify, mine didn't work at first with the custom cut-off set at 12.8V. When I checked it again, the cut-off was set to something like 236V. When I tried to change it, the numbers in that box moved around randomly. I clicked on the arrows next to the box and was able to get it back to 12.8V and it then worked properly with the custom setting.

Well, it worked properly until its second run, then it gave up the ghost. I suspect that it's related to the twin-servos in the E-Revo pulling too much from the internal BEC, because my V1 is still working great in a different Revo with a single weaker servo.

That's my suspicion anyway.

yes sir that is correct.
I am running 5s with a 1515 2.5,was wanting to set 16v cutoff for 3.2 volts per cell just for a little protection for under voltage protection.


I am the store manager at a hobbyshop and we had another v2 mmm,so I tried it with the custom cutoff and same thing,works with auto-lipo doesn't with custom cutoff voltage,fan acts the same and everything.
I think it definately it something in the programming,hopefully you guys can get the bugs out pretty quick

I have had problem with the custom cut off voltage too; I set it for 19.5 and when i hook it up again (or read the settings) it is at 19.4.
