Ive got a FlySky GT2 for each of my vehicles. Couldnt beat the price of 18 bucks shipped each. They work flawlessly. They come with the smallest reciever i have ever seen. I would not hesitate to buy one again.

How many models will that handle? Or, is it just a basic radio like say the old traxxas TQ? I know its 2.4g, Just asking if it's a single model or if it can handle multiple without re-binding

Work because i gotta, play because i wanna

People here hate Nitro, I love it. I start it, run it about 50 ft from me and it dies, I go after it. Perfect exercise

Im not sure how many models it will handle, maybe just one without rebinding? But for the price i just bought one for each vehicle, that way if someone wants to drive one of my rigs they can. Here is a link to them. Shipping is decently fast, and sometimes its free. http://www.hobbypartz.com/rccarradios.html

Got em right when they came out.

Will be sellin' it with the RXs very very soon, plan to get a cheapo 2.4Ghz (doesn't have to be one with screen, for me), since I only have one car..

I use a Flysky GT3-B. Great 3 channel 2.4GHz radio. Got it for $35 from Hobbypartz, though I think they went up to $40. I also bought a 3s 2200mah lipo so I didn't have to use AA's in it. It will display the voltage of the pack on the screen so I know when to charge it.
My only complaint is that there is a bit of lag at long distances, though that happens to my GT2 also.

Previously a dx3 but it had shitty range, now dx3s. I have bought the hk-gt2 to sell with cars. Very simple but like Josh said - they work flawlessly.

Been running a Airtronics 3ch Receiver FHSS for 3 years now with no issues... got a Turnigy 1450mAh 3S 11.1v Transmitter Lipo for it which saves on batteries nicely...
