yeah, i found the EXT install instructions... but i don't think it mentioned the washers. i'll check again. thanks!

Mike can get you the shafts you need, if you are looking for them.

I used teflon washers on the upper arms (the ones that came as spare with teh UE shocks fit perfect)

i'll ask mike about the cvd's, and that 105mm dogbone too.

so you put the teflon washer in between the 2 bearings, right? the idea is the binding is caused by the bearings rubbing together? i just want to make sure i'm understanding correctly. i've got some teflon washers, and i'll try installing them.

Lol, no i meant on the hingepin, between the upperarm and the bulk.

You need a spacer between the two bearings to avoid a ruined bearing..
