Got the real wing on my LS10 - 01.26.2008, 12:42 AM

I almost got her finished up, i wouldnt recomend the parts i used since it required alot of modifying and moving the shocks to the front side of the arms and tower and also removing the rear swaybar. Im not sure how its gonna work out losing the sway bar but im sure i could think of another way to mount it later if needed........what do you guys think?

How do you like the wheel adapters? Those are the new era ones right?

the adapters are nice but the buggy wheels make the truck real narrow, prolly the first of febuary ill get the jammin wheels and those LP komoda dragons that would make this thing look closer to a 1/8 truggy just slightly smaller.

i think the wing is a hair to big but im sure itll grow on me.

Nice car, I really like it.

IMO the wing is a little big, have you got a jammin CRT one? its smaller and will look better, It's yellow but you can paint it.

Sweet. I do think the wing is slightly big but a very clean job on the install. The lightning 10 buggy wing would be a perfect fit for it. A littel biger than the CRT.5 wing but not as big as a standard wing, AND..... Its black.

I can't decide if its more fun
to make it...
or break it...

i would like to have a WHITE wing to match the rest of the truck, and i thought this was the lightning 10 wing when i was ordering it but i assume its not since its too big, i did mess up the mount hole on this one anyway so i will get a new one soon enough.

As of last night i rebuilt the whole truck, all new bearings from advantage racing, uprights, carriers, driveshafts, drive cups, updated my mamba max with the new firmware, and i set the slipper loose and turned the mamba max down (no more standing start backflips and other stupid displays of power).....im done torture testing the truck now im gonna see how long she last setup right and racing it.
