Hello. What would be best voltage to truggy ? 4S, 5S, 6S ? I am thinking that 6S is too much, but what about 5S LiPo:s ? They are so cheap in china, so I can buy every kind of LiPo:s .

depends on what style driving you want.
Racing - 4s
bashing - 5s
speed demon running - 6s

I just bought a Zippy 6s 4150 R pack for $130 shipped, I havnt run it yet but they use Korean cells in the R packs so I am hoping for close to FP performance. Are you looking at having more of an on road car, I transformed my Rustler into an on road car and you can get over 60mph, mine on 4s is around 70mph, they dont handle that well especially at that speed, I also have an 1/18 scale RC18 on 3s that is pretty fast I am thinking about a 4s upgrade......:-)
this is a link to the R pack I bought, they are also available in 2 and 3s

I race my truggy with 5s and a Neu 1515/2.5D (1650kv) motor. Absolutly ove it. Runs coold and powerful. BTW: this is the same combo Monster Mike races in his truggy.
I vote for the 5s with an apropriately chosen kv motor.
I can't decide if its more fun
to make it...
or break it...

if you buy a 1515/2.5d you will want to run it on 6s, anything less and you will be disappointed...especially since you think a Revo is too slow, I have a Revo that is good for over 50mph run it mostly in football and baseball fields

Mike is a very busy man. He can only do so much. He will not answer a thread unless it is titled for him or something that affects his business. I would rather it be this way. That way orders are getting sent out fast and customer is at top notch. Mike is a great guy that is always willing to help. But if he does not know his help is needed he cant answer you. Send him an email and wait. Also, there are plenty of guys here that are willing to help and have great knowledge of these setups. Ask and you shall receive.

the icharger 10s one is supposed to be great. and a little cheaper than the hyperion one. that said, i chose the hyperion one as i can update it and it will have better resell value if i ever want to sell it.

Looks like that I take HongNor X1CRT Pro to my project ( same as Ofna Jammin truck ) .
But, now I am thinking about the batteries. Is those hobby-city's Zippy packs really safe choose to this project ? I really hope that those batteries won't get damaged and get smoked if I choose them.
But the problem is that those Zippy packs are over if I need 5000mAh packs... And I don't know what is good voltage for 1700-2200rpm .

both Zippys and True Rc packs are good bang for the buck, I would go with 5s

dont pay that much attention to True RCs rating I have a 10c 4s 5000 pack in a rustler which I am happy with it is comparable performance wise to a Maxamps 20c pack and it doesnt puff for half the price...my fav pack is the Flightpower EVO25 series
