Hi guys, I am starting mine now. Got the SC8 on ebay, buy it now for $659.00 w/free shipping. Had a 10% discount which brought it to $593.10. Since I did the search through Live.com, I got a sweet rebate (too come in about 60 days) of $197.70, bringing the grand total to $395.40. Now I already have a Tekno NEU 1515/1/Y/F, an RCM battery tray, just need the motor/servo mount.

Currently listing all the nitro parts and the radio on ebay. If I get lucky, it will make the total purchase around $200.00 to $250.00. I will still have to pick up another MMM.

How did you mount the RCM servo mount? Did you just cut the stock tray and bolt it on top of the stock material?

Thanks.

Live.com, then search Team Associated. Then you will have to dig through to find the SC8. The discount percentage varies day to day also. there an ebay help page on how to do it.

Sorry to revive the dead... But does anyone know how thick the Lexan is on the SC8 bodies? And if all the bodies, painted or unpainted are the same?

I converted my Slayer to an e-slayvo using the Erevo chassis... And only the SC8 body will fit right. I still don't see how though.... Cuz the SC8 body is like 25" long... Which I think is longer than the Erevo all together.
