Mugen & the slipperdiff

For the Mugen guys, did you use the small o-rings that go behind the small gears? You know, the ones we all don't use in the stock Mugen diffs. I built mine last night and the gears are very tight with the o-rings in there.

I put them in. First race is coming this weekend so we will se how it handles.
I have 7 - 17 - 2 in my diffs.

I never use those. If I can tune with fluid alone then they become nothing more than extra parts to worry about.

I think i will keep them in for a while as the car handled great with 7-17-2 setup with o rings. Next time i will probably remove them and put 20k in

removed o-rings and changed my setup to 20-20-5.

works like a charm
