+1 for the Dual Lock. I wish these worked with the Spektrum DX3. I need a couple more Rxs and $120 is a little steep for two little boxes.

IDK, I'll bet they use multi-layer PCBs. I have no idea on cost of components but the main IC must be proprietary....

Well in china they make MMMs for $12, so I bet they make SR3000s for mcuh less. Just getting our hands on the components would be the difficult part.
