Just started to put new slipperential for my friends RC8T and looks like the 50T spur is not machined properly as the teflon insert does not ift (well it does with some brte force) but then the gear does not fit onto the diff cup.
I did check the gear with caliper and internal diameter differs by 0.1-0.3mm if I go around the spur.
can I fix it with bit of dremeling or should I ask Mike for replacement as I know i wont be able to dremel it exatly to the tenth of the milimeter and it will wobble?
My existing 46T spur does fit nicelly.

The 52t spurs are a little tighter (not really a bad thing, but it is more difficult to install) - here is a quick suggestion, though:
Replace the bushing on your 46t spur and take the slightly used Teflon bushing from the 46t spur and use it on the 50t spur. This will work like a charm. :)
Also, if you are measuring .1mm - .3mm out of concentricity on the inside of the gear, I suggest you get a new caliper - the blanks were turned on a cnc Haas lathe and should be concentric within +/- .02mm - no way they are out of round by .1mm(maybe on the 46t gear, which is cast, but not likely on the cnc'd 52t spur).

What is suggested for people who don't have a worn-in teflon bushing to swap out for the new one? I haven't assembled my 50T slipperential yet, but am curious what to do in case I run into the same issue.
The bushings are tight in the 52t spur, but they still fit. They are more difficult to get onto the diff cup, but not impossible. The effort will be woth it, though - a tighter bushing will wear better/longer.
