I have a E-Maxx + MM with the motor 2200kv castle creation. would like to play without worry of overheating on both asphalt and dirt with a good speed. i use 5 lipo cells. currently 68T and 21T pinion. What do you recommend


besides. But what is this?

MM on that motor will overheat, are you sure you are using the Mamba Max and not the Monster?

Just be sure to check your diffs for proper shimming. On 5s, you will tear them apart quickly if not shimmed correctly. Other than the diffs, just watch temps


1. MBX-6 T8 1900KV, RX8 ON 4S
2. MBX-5T 1520, MMM ON 5S
3. MBX-5 ONROAD CONVERSION 1515, MMM ON 5S
4. MRX-3 ON ROAD CONVERSION 1512, MMM ON 6S
5. TEN T 2650 T8, MMP ON 3S

^ That, If you remove it you can see the little pins on the output gears that the sensor would count- traxxas are just cheap and recycle parts & molds etc.

And FYI ( @ the OP ):

MM = mambamax
MMPro = mambamaxpro
MMM = mambamonster(max)- the 'max' part was dropped officialy, but lives on unofficialy in order not to confuse people between the MM and MMM.
