Sell your nitro 2.5R and just go brushless.

^^^ Yes, what they said.

You might think that we're "just saying that because it's a brushless forum" but honestly, converting to BL power is the biggest performance increase you will ever see from what can be considered "one upgrade". Even el-cheapo motors and controllers will perform better than any nitro motor. Of course other upgrades may be required to allow the truck to better handle BL power, but I have a feeling that's the type of upgrade you were looking for anyways- ie. stronger gears, alloy transmission case, perhaps a wheelie bar...

Honestly, this is an electric forum. If you are only looking for nitro advice, you prolly came to the wrong place.

All of us love electric, and are correct in saying converting the T to an E maxx is prolly the best upgrade you can easily do. You don't even have to sell the truck, but just the main chassis and get an emaxx tranny. There are plenty of options and cool aftermarket stuff.

If you want to know which nitro motor to get and what pipe, etc... g/l

Go over to the Traxxas forum and ask your questions. Nice attitude, by the way .
