When putting them in, there is a small set screw, are you to use lock tite of some sort on this? Or can you jsut put it in snug? thanks!

Most just snug it up but I would suggest putting a dab of Loc-Tite on them.

I think i found a problem. My mip's are almost not long enough to the UE drive cups. I'm worried if i adjust the pillow balls in more, it'll start to tweak my turnbuckles, any suggestions?

How about using some spacers between the CVD's cup and the bearing to make the CVD go in a bit more?
I think some people were not able to make a MIP CVD work with UE diffs and extended suspension. Probably you may want to get a set of SuperMaxx CVDs from Mike.
The name is Alawi. You can call me Al.
Nice to meet you!

my tranny extended is fine. It's shafts to the wheels. If i use two spacers, it'll help, but not quite enough. If i use more than that, there is binding. Are the UE cvd's longer? I thought they were the same length...thanks!

I wasted a pair of Mip's because of binding, bent them like bananas it did:032:
Can you limit the suspension travel any?

I'm almost as low as i can get with the gorilla suspension. It's the top of the shaft near the cup that's right at the end. The bottom seems fine and back far enough. Does that help? This is really irratating me, i measured the cups and they are the same length and not sure why these won't fit now! ARRRGGG!!!
