Are there any tolerance issues with Flex-Tek arms in FLM bulkheads? Ti doesn't shave like plastic or file like aluminum.

There shouldn't be. JohnnyMaxxima runs them with his FLM Combo bulks.

Yes they fit nicely, until you hit a curb at 45mph, then the pins are a pain in the arse to get out!

Yes I sure did. 12lbs 14.2oz. vs. 14lbs. 10.7oz on old setup.
Drove it the other day for the first time on new setup then blew the front(?!) diff. Thought the rear would go out first. May have to make a switch to the Hybrids with the 1/8 gears.

Does it seem faster and more powerful than before?
Does it seem worth the problem of converting it?

Can't tell yet. Litteraly drove it for about 3 minutes before the diff went out. I'd say I never got it above 35mph. Fix diff then get back to you on that one.
