I thought you already had the UE diffs, or I would have immediately went to the diffs (instead of the tires). The tires may still be a slight issue, but clearly not the major problem. Well, at least you got it figured out and have the solution on its way!

Ordered them last week they should be arriving this week. Once installed the only weak link will be the tranny so you better hurry on that center diff conversion Mike lol.

I have been thinking about it a bit lately. I have thought about a few completely diferent ways of accomplishing this, but I haven't worked them out yet. The g-maxx single speed tranny with a UE idler gears is pretty tough and light weight as well.
