Like Linc said, I'd definately disable the BEC (remove red wire from receiver plug and run external BEC or rx pack) and consider adding a capacitor (availible in the RCM store)/fan. This should lower your esc temperatures.

140 on the motor is a little hot too, but nothing to be too concerned about. You may want consider putting all settings back to stock and see how that is. Are you running bigger tires then stock?
