Do you guys believe that the 25t pinion will be low enough for adequate torque?? I just want monster poppin power. No real speed demon need apply. I have yet to buy the truggy and just weighing the options. I was going to use the motor in the Flux that I had on the way but the diameter with fins on this motor is going to pose a fitment problem that I did not anticipate. I will be doing a XL conversion on the flux and will do another build on this XXL if I decide to run this idea. But since this is the only "real" option as far as a mount goes I am prob game. I have always wanted to do a LST conversion ever since I saw the shock on this biotch....I know stupid but they are monster!!
I run a 1521 1y on 6s lipo, current gearing is 23/63, and that gives about 42mph with 6" tires. I plan to use the lst2 tires, which are 6.5" tall. With that gearing i will be around 45mph. I have tons of power and this thing is a blast to drive.
