Just be careful with those numbers.. That magnet can handle a bit more than 200° F, but I wouldn't say way more though; and remember the temp on the outside of the can is not the temp of the magnets. I would let that little guy get a bit of rest in-between batteries; it's a good motor, but it does have its limits.

I am curious about that setup in the new Losi SCTe. We haven't received one to test with yet, and it is a bit heavier than the other 4x4 short course trucks. With that gearing on a single battery run, what kind of temps are you seeing on the motor? And are you using the Sidewinder SCT ESC or a Max Pro? Thanks!
