MM Timing

Hello,

I wonder if any of you have any idea how much change each increment of the timing adjustments affect heat and performance.

For example, if you go from normal to the next one (I can't recall what it says) would you see a speed gain of 10% and an increased amp draw of 10% or is it different...

Numbers would be ideal but the MFG's don't publish them...I know there are two steps above normal and I'm just wondering how much of an effect that will have on heat and performance.
