Mamba Motor bearing replacement?

Has anyone been able to open up a Mamba motor? Are there any tricks. I know it is very difficult. I've actually done it once before, but I had a very very, hard time. I need to replace a bearing and $45 to send it to CC is way too much imo to replace a bearing.
