keepin hex screw tight on ue diffs

any idea how to keep the hex screw tight on ue diffs(other than doing the recommended red threadlock and torqueing the hex to death)..even with doing that stuff, the hew screws manage to become loose after awhile. the flat on the pinion is a very small contact area...............
