Hm, very interesting. Certainly is a cheap thing to try out. I hadn't thought of running mod 1 gears on the RRP slipper, well, not after I saw that mike was making 5mm bore 32P pinions. I only wish they were made in a hardened version so I could run the steel spur.

I can attest to the heat the RRP slipper makes. I just about burned myself on mine. The adjustments needed to make it work are very small, but it does work well.
