I doubt any of the quark esc's out at the moment will be able to handle a motor that size and kv on 6s. You could get lucky, but personally I'd try and get a bigger esc for that much power.
Not sure how my quark 125 compares to the new quarks, it does ok on 6s with a 1700kv 1515, though adding another 600kv and 30mm of motor is a big jump.
A guy at my track racing a truggy on 4s and plettenburg maxximum burnt out his SSB-mk03 during practice, but I'm not sure of the details of how it happened.
