AA Rechargables Tenergy, Nexcell, other?

Time to get some new AA rechargables. Doing some shopping around on the net. I've heard of Tenergy but haven't used them. Are they a good battery? How about a nexcell? Any other battery that anyone uses that's worth checking into?
