Since he is so irritationg and doesn't seem to get hints you could have some fun with him. Just walk up and quietly share with him that when you and your girl are together and he calls that you two get a good laugh out of it. He obviously does not think or care about your feelings, so why in the world should you care about his. Like the pimp said you have to put the brakes on him right away and let this nutbag know where he stands in the relationship. Either this guy is out of touch with reality or he is truly not your friend. You and your girl need to get this situation under control immediately before this fruitloop looses his mind and blows a gasket. Maybe he just does not get that you two are an item.
