Running your lipo until cutoff?

Exactly how many of you run your lipo to cutoff?

I don't think I've hit cutoff once on my 3s pack in my Rustler (I usually get bored at around the 20-25 minute mark....hehe!).

And my second question to those of you that do not run until cutoff; have you noticed a longer life (if you've had the pack for long enough)?

Just a curiosity of mine really.
