Motor recommendations for 22volts?

Hello all, im getting back into brushless a bit now, I have the oppertunity to get an MGM 160amp, 18 cell controller or 224amp, 18 cell for a decent price. I will be running 18 nimh cells so just under 22 volts (about the same as 6S) what is the most powerful motor I can run on the 160 amp or 224 amp?

I was thinking just get a 8/9XL as they are so cheap! but i think 18 cells is a bit much, plus the output is not really enough.

it'll be going in a 1/8th...... truggy maybe and ideally needs to be more powerful than my maxx, plettenberg bigmaxximum 1800 watts :)
