I wouldn't trust something that was made to be water cooled to power something that big and heavy reliably. I've heard of people running Hydras in E-Revos and such and they say they work well without replacing the cooler but I am personally very skeptical of using a Boat ESC in a car/truck/buggy/etc.
I would
check this out and E-Mail CC and ask their opinion on it. I can pretty much guarantee that they will not recommend running a boat ESC in a Baja 5B though. They will be able to give you some good advice about your setup and point you in the direction of a good ESC for it.
