Ofna DM-One Brushless Conversion (DM-1)

Hey all,

I just ordered a DM-1 Spec and some other stuff to begin my build. I am planning to use a MMM, Neu 1515 1Y, and 5S or 4S FP 5000mah. I am looking for recommendations on the following aspects of the build:

1) Should I use the stock 2-speed, 1 speed spool, or center differential? I have a spare set of front/rear/center spider 8 diffs and I am considering using these. What do you think?

2) What gearing do you recommend?

3) What weight diff and shock fluid?

4) Any other misc. recommendations or lessons learned from other BL on-road builders?

I will be out of town for a couple of weeks but will post many pics when I return.
