NO it is just the HPI hardened gears, Maximizer savage cups, with the heavy duty outdrives. They are pretty much indestructable and the entire setup is reasonably priced. I use loctite and also put a little heatshrink over the cups to keep from losing the setscrews. I have read way too many times about guys losing them. Putting these diffs together and shimming is pretty straignt forward and fairly simple, and they are truly built to take a pounding. The only other added thing that I am doing for safety reasons is that I am installing a slim hose clamp over the (input shaft area) casing to keep from having any flexing there, and it will also help to keep the input shaft from trying to push out of the casing since I am using the spiral cut gears. I saw that in another post I believe it was sikeston when he was running his direct drive outrunner setup. I have tried to pay close attention to everything I have read in here to make sure that I cover any weak points in order to avoid similar problems and save time once I get this up and runing.
