Very very basic rule of thumb is the amt of air you increase over atmospheric press is how much % you gain.
EG. Air press @ sea level~=14.7psi=1 atm
6 psi boost:
6/14.7= .4=40% so if you have 200 hp... 200*1.4=280hp
25psi boost is like tripling the power. but... there is no way a stock engine will do that. Nor will a sh1tty $200 turbo. Turbos are very expensive.

You are best off just getting a low psi turbo or supercharger (6-8psi) for a good but modest % increase, or just do simple NA things. Either way tho is mad money. Prepare for thousands. A simple bolt-on centrifugal supercharger w/o intercooler is still several grand.

There is a reason I do RC and not full size cars. the $$ scales with the size :)
