I'd go with the Hobbywing 150A in a flux from what I have seen it's been very reliable on the Savage Flux set ups
my EZrun 150a esc died the first day i got it. it let out the magic smoke. it was in a BL converted savage x 4.6. i plugged it in, it gave 6 beeps for 6s lipo, and then when i gave throttle, i got sparks (from all my solder joints in my series connector) and the esc let out a big cloud of smoke. luckily, my crappy soldering skills saved my batteries. those solder joints would only get a little hot (115F) when i was still using the KB45XL motor and a plane esc. i had switched to a KB45L motor (smaller and lower kv), so those solder joints had just enough strength under normal running conditions and they acted like a fuse when the esc went kamikaze.

They say a good mechanic only needs 2 tools - WD40 & Duct tape. If it moves, and its not supposed to, duct tape. If it doesn't move, and its supposed to, WD40.
