New Motor for RC18T -

So I fried my eZRun 7800kv and I want to get something that is long to last forever and run cooler.
I have a TheToyz 20mm HeatSink that w/ thermal paste reduced the temp of the motor by 10*F, so I would like to reuse it. I think that a 1100 Neu would be WAY overkill and Medusa offers a 28mm which wouldn't allow me to use my heatsink but it's still an option. CastleCreations 20mm Mamba motors sell for $60 which seams like a lot because the design doesn't seam that much better then the eZRun motor for over 2X the price. Should I just go with the Medusa and sell the heatsink? Does anyone have any other motors I should check out?
