U're right. I use fans as well on both esc and motor. it gives me worry-free bashing, especially on soft sand w/ my truggywheels (on a buggy). lower temperatures are also good for the motor's efficiency (losi 1700 on 5s). on the track (just for fun, not very fast track) temps are like that around 40deg c., now w/ the torsen center diff a bit higher.

of course, fans won't change or help a crappy motor and wrong setup.

I just converted the 7 pounds into kilogram, 3,2 kg for a truggy, I'm impressed!
