Thats 100% true- in ye olden days divorce was a rare thing as the government wouldnt be there to hand out cash and support to newly single mums, you had to stick together for the sake of the family, silly little arguments about money and trust wouldnt split up families. Nower days people get divorced left, right & centre knowing that the government will support them and the kids; that, and young girls get knocked up knowing the same is true- they wont have to work much, if at all until the kids reach the age of secondary school ( in the Uk ). In the mean time the kids are neglected due to lack of father & general disinterest- how many 16-17 girls do you know who want to raise a family and provide for them as best as possible? Very few is the answer, they'd rather be out every night getting pissed with their mates or sleeping around since the 'specialness' ( for lack of a better word ) of sex, aka making love has lost most of its meaning; sex is no different to kissing to alot of young people, hence the increasingly frequent number of 14 and 15 yearold parents.
