Today not only did my latest order ship out extremely quickly, but Mike actually refunded me $2.25 from shipping due to the difference between calculated and actual cost.

It's only a few bucks, I wouldn't have known, I wouldn't have missed it, but he returned it anyway. These are the little things that keep me coming back to RCM. Thanks Mike, you are an outstanding individual.
