Those are the only differences as such ( kv, fins, holes ), should be good to go for use in a ground vehicle if you seal up the vent holes as required.

Edit: The heli versions appeared before the car versions, so if you bought the motor when it first appeared you would have gotten a heli version- the car versions came shortly afterwards but the inital batch came with 6mm shafts ( same rotor as the heli version I believe ). Due to an oversight on the listing ( on castle's website ) they were listed as having 5mm rotors by mistake- they now use 5mm rotors as standard for the ground versions & 6mm for the heli verisons.
