Well here's why I said that. With 2 strokes your pipe, in brushless terms, gives you your emf feedback. By playing with the way the exhaust bounces around the inside of the pipe, and the volume of the pipe, tells it where to produce it's power. This is why dinged upped pipes can make such a big difference on 2 strokes. Adding turbulence to the pipe effects it. By splitting off the exhaust, I would think it would be counter productive against receiving back, "clear signals" But on the Vid it says drag pipe. So if it is tuned specifically for wot , with little bottom end, it might not matter. For that matter , it just might not matter, and is all accounted for.
I know the guys building these things know these things, but often time the "coolness" of an item, will overcome the ugliness of functionability. Intuitively I would want a short, fat pipe for good bottom end torque. But again, what do I know about this Baja motor, 0.
