New Traxxas Rims -

I looked around and nothing found.
Anyone have a dealing with the newer style traxxas rims? They look to be a 40 series / 3.8 style but unsure how they actually work. Do they glue or does the beadlock hold them? I don't see a beadlock for the back side. Any ideas on these?
