Waiting for 3 months for my ESC. Someone from Castle, help?

Hi,

I sent 3 messages. One to the Castle Creations Europe warehouse, one to the CC repair service and one to (I think it was Thomas) someone here on the forum of CC. Never got a reply from anybody...

Could someone of Castle Creations please tell me when my new ICE HV160 2 will probably arrive? I sent it in early November and got a mail that it was received, but since then never heard anything of it.
About everyone is positive about CC's customer service... Waiting for 3+ months for a damn ESC and getting ignored by everyone isn't what I call good customer service.
